I've read about them too....but....I really try to limit the artificial sweeteners so, I've never tried them.

I've seen some recipes without the art sweeteners. People swear by them. I'm going to do a little more digging.

I agree, its good to research and find what works for you. I just know for me, it would be a slippery slope because I couldn't stop at 1 or 2....I can sit and eat a whole 8 oz pkg of cream cheese in 1 sitting ( thats why I no longer buy it, even though its Atkins friendly ). Oh well, I look at it this way, before I started Atkins, my dinner consisted of a box of pop tarts & a half gallon of ice cream I didn't get to be 245 lbs by eating healthy

I finally did the coconut oil in my morning drink today. I put it in my tea. Delish!

I've added a tablespoon of butter to my tea on occasion. It was pretty good.
