It's gonna be a tough week for me, but I fully plan on staying completely on plan! Today we have guests from Philly, we're having a big ol' grill out/party this evening, so I am restricting myself to 90 calorie shakes all day! Wednesday I'm going out for dinner and don't want to restrict myself to crazily so I'm, again, going to restrict myself all day. Friday I'm going to Summerfest with the friends from Philly, and Saturday is Six Flags...which I'm most worried about. Gonna have to attempt to bring in my own food, maybe I'll try to tell them I'm diabetic and need my bars with me, and can't eat food in the park...
