Today, I completed eight weeks on Ideal Protein. It has changed my life. I came to IP pretty much based on a promise from my family doctor that either I do the program or she would strongly suggest that I start a long list of medications to prevent me from stroking. She scared me into a decision to "just try IP". I did...now, after eight weeks I have dropped 27 pounds, four pant sizes and more importantly, all of my glucose and cholesterol numbers are well within the range of normal!!!!! I have more to go on weight loss (about 20 more pounds), but I know my pancreas is working in a healthy way and I have a good chance to watch my grandson graduate from high school in 10 years! If any one is thinking...I just don't know about IP...please "Just try it!
