Phase one week 2
B- 2 eggs ....gotta get some v8 to go with them
L- lean steak and squash
S- homeade meatballs ( just lean beef and onions in ball form lol) with 1/2 cup nsa spagetti sauce and maybe some more squash lol
s- phase one peanut butter cookie and glass of skim milk
2- sf jello
Today:
B: leftover ranch chicken kabobs (I really didn't want an omelette again!)
L: black bean salad, slice of roast beef with sliver cheese
S: apple
D: sausage, red cabbage, salad
D: peanuts
Ive been bad with posting the last couple of weeks, could be that Im expirencing a bit of a plateau which is leaving me unmotivated...or it could just be the lack of posting is causing my plateau... I suppose time will tell.
I'm restarting -- again! I started on Friday, but didn't want to post until I was reasonably sure I would be sticking with it. If I make it through three days, I should be able to. I'm very happy at least a few others are posting. Hello, River Girl, TwynnB and Christian!

L: slices of roast beef wrapped in red leaf lettuce
Sn: peanut butter in celery sticks
D: (planned) salmon with lemon and thyme baked with mixed vegetables (Whole Foods has some wonderful packages of several vegetables, which is helpful to me, as someone who lives alone)
