Your body will get used to less food. It's the worst for the first few weeks. I have been doing HMR for about 17 weeks now and have lost 40 lbs!
Started - 12/25/11 at 265 lbs.
ONEderland - 2/16/13 at 199 lbs.
Original goal of 100 lbs lost - 5/27/13 at 165 lbs.
Adjusted goal of normal BMI - 7/17/13 at 155 lbs.
