Good luck -- you'll be amazed at how much better you feel. For years I used the excuse that I just didn't have time to exercise due to work constraints. Once I retired, I finally started exercising on a daily basis (after a slight four year delay!
). The difference it has made is amazing to me. I still don't like it, but the way I feel when I have to skip for several days makes me realize that this is something I'm doing purely for myself. Hope you can get that feeling as well. I'll look forward to your posts!
