My name is Jennifer. I started Weight Watchers in January. My WI day is today. I started at 207 in January and I am down to 176. I am proud to say I have lost 31 pounds. My heaviest was two years ago at 228 after chemo and radiation. I have so much more energy than I did. I try to power walk with a CD at least three times a week for four miles. I have been walking with my daughter in the evening also. I am excited to be here and would like to talk to others.

Jennifer, congratulations on your loss and for getting through chemo and radiation!! Browse through the threads, and I'm sure you will find a group to chat with on here. I post in the Thursday Chatters thread.
