Heaven help me. I just can't seem to stop eating. I can't seem to get back on track. I just binged for breakfast. I started to do the normal "well I messed up today so I might as well just forget the rest of the day", but i didn't. I just walked 5 miles and did 30 minutes on the Wii Mw Fast step workout! I didn't give up just because I goofed up for a while!!!! Now the rest of the day I just have to stay in this mind set and I will be good.
8 mile bike ride: 60 minutes

tubolard, I completely understand. God designed our bodies to survive famines. When we lose a lot of weight quickly its like a famine. Our bodies take over sometimes no matter how hard we try. So be patient and eat when you are hungry and stop when satisfied.

No, we don't have one. Interestingly, in Oklahoma, there are not many basements in home because of the clay soil we have here. Most people have cellars or safe rooms. We plan to put one if/when we build out at our place in the country someday. Looking more and more like we are going to have to downsize A WHOLE LOT from what we wanted to build. Construction is SO expensive.

Back is a bit better, but bothers me the most in the mornings right now. I truly plan to get up and try it again in the morning. Didn't sleep a wink last night, so should sleep well and be ready to go in the morning.

Welcome, SuperHeroTeacher!!

Tubo-I can relate to the food issues. I have suddenly decided it's okay to have ice cream or a similar treat every day! I never intended to cut those things out entirely when I made my lifestyle changes, but I've let them creep back in WAY too often. Don't be too hard on yourself, just move on. I'm trying to do the same here.
