Hey Diana, how are you doing? Popping in to say that everything is going well. I haven't been keeping track of my food as I've been so busy with work etc but diet has been good.

Hope everyone is well!

its the end of my busy crazy week!! yay!!

the scale jumped up again but it always does that...yesterday it was 183, today it was 187 despite eating NO food in between those times AND getting a solid workout in....I attribute it to being super sore and exhausted....but who knows

im over a little bit on WW points today my stomach has been upset all day (DH has been home all week with the same thing) and the only things that sat well on my stomach was French toast and ice cream which sucked for the WW points but I did feel tons better afterwards with my stomach....weird, why can't oranges and lettuce help my stomach like that? we had AMAZING oranges at work and all they did was upset my stomach more I soooo wanted to eat more oranges but didn't dare

Hi Everyone!

Magical Great job sticking with your program. Sounds like you have made a lifestyle change that's working for you.

Alaskanlaughter Sorry about the gain. It sounds like water weight since it fluctuated that much.

HungryHungryHippo Maybe you can add a couple hundred calories each day. That may stop the losses. I was doing that when I first got to my goal weight. I would easily drop down lower and I started looking think at times.

Amarantha How do you get your extra steps in if you just want to add to your total?

Psychic Congrats on the loss! We had to wear white dresses/white gowns for our HS graduation, too. Awful!

Gonna Get There Soon Enjoy the weekend. Sounds like you have some fun plans!

Syckgirlsfv Congrats on the .6! I hope you elbow feels better soon.

Ian Glad you enjoyed the dinner. I'm sure the food had a lot of salt.

Sotypical Not only do I order sauces on the side or no sauce, but I order without seasoning, too. This is how I order: grilled protein, no salt, no seasoning, no butter, no oil and steamed veggies, no salt, no seasoning, no butter, no oil. Glad yesterday was good!

Chronostasis It's always difficult when we are out of our normal routine. There are so many food challenges with vacation. Hang in there.

*pokes head in*

I want to re-join this thread. Once I hit goal I've been slacking big time...I was also caught up in the career change and with no more weight to lose I lost 80% of my motivation. I went from gym rat 5-7 days a week to 2 days. :/

I haven't weighed in over a week because I had a food fest memorial weekend and now TOM is due; although I don't think I had a real significant gain.

The Maintenance forums just aren't cutting it for me.

Anyway it's June 1st so time for me to get serious again! Diana, you are the best motivator so here I am.

Going to the gym later, I have errands to run first.

Wonderful!!! Best decision I've made in a long time and after doing the math I calculated that I'm taking home the same amount of money, so I broke even with 100x less stress. I'm very happy.

Novangel Excellent! I am so glad it was a positive more for you. I know you were concerned in the beginning, but it came together so smoothly. It was meant to be. Good for you!

So we have moved in here now?

Down 1.4lbs today, which is great. I am so close to the single digits. And I managed to go for a 2.5 mile run again this morning which is great. I hope to pop out in the afternoon to practice my tennis serve.

I was thinking that I had not done a body part challenge in some time. So, in the interests of accountability unless I lose again tomorrow, a digit gets it! .

Anyways:

Breakfast: 1 coffee, milk no sugar.
2 open raw mushroom sandwiches with lite mayo

Lunch: Salad with corn, lettuce, chicken, cockles, garlic, olives, pickled onion, sun-dried tomato and bell peppers.

Dinner: Will drink beer (Green Flash Palate Wrecker)

Don't count calories. Can't count.

Exercise: Ran 2.5 miles in 26 minutes. Will spend an hour or so on the tennis court.
