I have been doing horrible for about 2 weeks now- not really keeping track and drinking a bit more than usual so I am up to 168 from my previous 164.4. I'm really hoping at least half of that "gain" is just water weight! I've been back on track for the last 2 days now so that's a step in the right direction. I will also get back to working out tomorrow.
Keep up the great work and for us who are struggling- just take it one day, one meal, etc at a time! As long as you don't give up, you're still fighting the good fight!
