Default Sweet Tooth

Day 3 into my lifestyle change and my sweet tooth is kicking in... any suggestions???


Also, does Greek yogurt with honey have too much sugar in it??

As you said, it's a lifestyle change....do you want to go your whole life with no sweets??? For me it's all about moderation. If I'm craving sweets, I'll have sweets. Better to control the portion now than to hold off and have a full out binge because I didn't satisfy that craving. Just make sure it fits into your daily calorie goals!

I tend to go for sugar-free pudding made with nonfat milk when I want something sweet....or like she said, just have something sweet...but for me, once I get going on sweets it can be very hard to stop

I like the chocolite products - the bites, specifically. I get a chocolate fix, plus the fiber is filling (some folks really object to added fibers; I don't ). I also love unsweetened dark chocolate, but that's an acquired taste....though a little goes a long way. Good luck!!

I simply freeze an apple in a freezer, or a ripen banana in freezer, it tastes SOOOO good!
