I'm planning on starting NROLFW next Monday so I know that'll really really slow down my weight loss, which has already slowed down tremendously. But even with that said I'm hoping to lose 4 pounds, which is what I lost in May.

Hello Ladies, I am in desperate need of control and accountability....I have been off track for the past several months ( almost a year). I have gained about 25 pounds due to attending school, working night shift, changing jobs,and attending to dying family members. I feel sooooo out of control. So I am coming back to what worked for me in the past june weight loss and exercise challenge. For June My weight loss goals are to check in daily (except the 1st and second when I won't have computer access). I also want to lose 5 pounds in June. Good luck to everyone this month!!!!!

I hope to lose 1 pound a week...4 pounds by the end of this challenge.
I am recovering from a back injury, so can't do much exercises...just stretches for now.
I'm trying to keep my calories under 1300 a day.
