Hi Yobory! First of all, from a non-native speaker to another, your English is great! You are at the beginning of a very long journey, and many of us have been there. Use the web page, read and respond. Consult doctors, that is a great piece of advice. What has worked for me is to make slight changes and be patient. The first thing I did was to stop eating one trigger food --peanuts-- and to introduce a new food item --rice crackers. I went on substituting like this, very slowly, and my cravings subsided. You will have to find your own way, but you can do it. I so believe in you! keep posting!
