2.5 weeks and counting
This Sunday is my 3rd weekly weigh in. Crossing my fingers that I beat the 10lb point. How do you guys stay motivated 7 mo in? I know the weight comes off a little easier at the beginning so did u feel different when it started coming off slower or was it just a habit by then?

It's not about motivation, it's about commitment

Off and on for over 2 years since Jan 2011. I restarted WW on January 25th this year so that would be 4 months coming up on the 25th.

It will be one year come June 1st. I'm down 49.3 lbs. I'm going to be honest, it's been one of the hardest things I've had to do but it's all been worth it. Persistence, determination, and commitment are what keep you going. It's not about sheer will power.
You really can do it, you just have to believe you can and do it. No discussion, just do it.

3 months and a few days, since I started tracking with MFP.
My highest weight was the day I found out I was pregnant (Mar 28, 2008/297). I changed my eating habits to support the pregnancy (and combat 20+ weeks of morning sickness). I lost weight while pregnant (?!) and had kept off almost 40 pounds since then. I was injured in September last year and realized how much harder recovery is with so much extra weight. Of course, then I couldn't even walk, so I just did my best to keep my diet in check...I gained about 6 pounds. Once I got out of the walking boot in February, I started to shift my focus from injury rehab to consistent weight loss and improving fitness.and I've lost those 6 plus another 21 since then. Phew long answer to a short queston, lol.
