Well, that was quite the pity party I threw for myself yesterday. Feeling terrible this morning (mentally and physically) and ready to get back on track. Oof.
Hey, that makes two of us. There was a clear link between my emotions (sadness because of issues with my daughter) and my eating yesterday. I could observe it in action. Let's cheer each other on!
I'm sorry you both had a rough yesterday, but today is a new day and a chance to start fresh. We all have those days when things don't go as we hope....hang in there...drink lots of water and treat yourself with kindness and with tlc.
