Default The woosh fairy must be dizzy, she circled back to me again this week!
The woosh fairy has to be dizzy this week going around in circles. She hit me again with a 3.2lb loss!! I was so excited to lose 3lbs last week, she gave me even more this week!

I was so excited, you have no idea!! I couldn't believe it. I expected the scale to punish me this week for a good loss last week.

I'd love to chalk it up to my fine tuning of my calories vs. exercise but we know it's not that easy. So I'll just ride the wave and hope it continues for as long as possible.

(If you see me here crying next week, please smack me. I'll have no right.)

Thanks everyone!! I get so excited to tell you all!!

I was at my doctor's office and saw another patient there who weighs in on Mondays (sometimes I see her, sometimes I don't). I kept waiting for her to acknowledge me but she was talking to someone. So she finished her conversation and I said "Hey, how are you doing?" and she looked like a deer in headlights and said she didn't even recognize me standing there and I was so skinny now!! (I assured her and you that I'm NOT skinny lol) I can't remember the last time I saw her but it hasn't been that long! I had the best morning so far, whooo hoooo.

Thank you all for being so supportive and motivating! Love you guys!!

Thanks everyone!! I have had such a good day, I swear this awesome loss made me run harder on my C25K run. Success breeds more success!! I keep trying to figure out how I got such a good loss but I might just let sleeping dogs lie! Don't want to mess with success!!

Compared to 300+ pounds you sure are skinny - woohoo for the whoosh fairy!

And send her my way, will you? My body is being resistant to dropping weight while nursing, despite clean eating and a fair calorie deficit. I know it will catch up eventually, but I'd love to see another two pounds gone instead of bouncing between 169-171 as I did all this past week (I was sick and still am, I think that was at least part of it).

As for how you got such good losses - you stayed on plan! Seriously, consistency on your plan long term makes the weight go away. It doesn't do it linearly, but it WILL shed eventually. You stuck with it and it paid off in two great spurts.
