Hi all

I'm starting another diet - again! I have been overweight for way too long now.
Some diets seem to work for a little while and then bang! I'm overweight again. Then I become depressed and get more overweight - then I start the cycle again!
I'm trying the '7 Values' diet, this time around. I'll let you know what happens.

I think I might be destined to remain fat my whole life. I can't remember what it was like not to be fat (I've been overweight since my early teens). I would love to know what it feels like to run

Good luck, diethope!! And you don't have to be thin to run. I'm on Week 9 of c25k and I run!! (I'm not fast but I run, that's what counts. )
