Cool Oh this day!!!!!

So today started out well....

I walked 2.5 miles. I was asked to help my friends move. I totally went off planish! I ate more than I planned on and mostly just junk food. It was so crazy! I am not going to beat myself up over it. It is what it is. I say this today but lets hope I feel the same if I have a gain tomorrow when I weigh in!!!

If you helped with loading and unloading then it may have offset the food. The not beating yourself up is the important part and being a good friend who helps people move.

I agree with betsy2013. Don't beat yourself up over it. The 2.5 mile walk and helping your friend move will likely offset alot of the bad food. Just know that the next time you eat you will make good choices.

I agree with the others. You probably burned off a lot more calories then you realize. Today, I am trying to keep my calories down because I am to sore to walk. It is sorta the same thing in reverse.

If it's one day, it's not going to have much of an effect. The only way to gain one pound of fat is to eat approx. 3500 extra calories over your maintenance calories. Did you net a positive 3500 calories this week over maintenance? I doubt it.

The salt might cause some water retention but the daily readings of the scale are fickle! Look week to week before you worry too much about it.

Thanks everyone. I am not worried about it. I just needed to acknowledge it here. If that makes sense.
