I am having one of those days where a bunch of little things are just annoying the crap out of me. In the past i would have turned to food...and food DOES make you feel better if you're frickin HUNGRY because you're on a diet. But i gave up i no longer comfort eat...because the idea of eating food when i'm not hungry does not sound appealing. So food no longer helps. Just gotta deal with it!
