Apologies if this is a duplicate...I could not find the Phase 3 breakfast worksheet on the forum/stickies, so I am posting the one that I used. It really helped me...

How to Start a Daily Thread in IP
Written by Chloe222 and stickied by request of IP users.
Quote:
1. Go to the IP Forum home page which lists all the threads. Look under "User CP" (which is what you click on to manage your ticker, signature, etc.).
2. Note right under it is a box which says "New Thread". Click on it and a new thread box shows up.
3. You must put in a title. HOWEVER, if you make a typo in the title, you can only correct it BEFORE you hit "submit". If you need to make a correction, contact a "moderator" to fix it.
4. Copy and paste the intro message for the "Daily Chat" into the box.
Hit submit, done!
5. BUT you also need to close the thread the next day - so you go to that open thread, look for "Thread Tools" at the top of the thread. Click on it, see a drop down and at the bottom is an option to "close". Be sure to close it.

The "correct" one is the most recent, which I believe is the 6/12/12 sheet.

Looking for a little support
Hi all! I'm new to the forums (first time writing in a forum about anything), and just completed week 2 of IP. I've been finding that I'm feeling way more hungry in the last couple days than I did in the first 2 weeks. I've been following the protocol really carefully and have had good losses, but don't understand why I'm feeling more hungry now than at the beginning. Any insights or encouragement would be appreciated!
Also, not sure if I'm even posting this in the proper place, there seems to be so many threads, I wasn't sure where to start.

You will find the most support in the Daily thread, its the one most people view and comment in. Make sure you are keeping veggies cut up and in reach at all times to snack on. Chew gum (if allowed by your coach) to help with the hunger. Drink more water or eat a salad since Lettuce is unlimited, You just have to distract yourself because its more than likely boredom more than hunger

I don't think chewing gum on the protocol is good. The FDA allows the makers to say sugar free when that actually have a some amount of sugar in. In addition to that, when you chew gum, you secrete saliva and then the stomach may secrete gastric fluids and this get the stomach to prepare for food to be digested. When there is no food that comes you get hungry. And the cycle starts...chew gum...hungry...chew more gum...more hunger pains....more gum...more sugar...less ketosis.
