! I find that I like the banana okay, but it is much better when made into a frozen pop.
Tomorrow will likely be the harder day of the two. Make sure to either:
A)Keep plenty of lettuce, celery, or other 0/0/0 items on hand (cucumbers, pickles, sure there are others.) ; or
B)Keep an extra shake near by.
Remember, it is always better to have an extra 100 calorie shake when you are super hungry than have a 1000 calorie binge.
! Yeah, I got the email. I know for starters, I ordered the 4 week package, but soon learned it was more cost effective for me to order the 3 month supply...and now I just order what I need. Your needs may or may change depending on how much weight you need to lose, your dietary needs, or tastes, or who knows what. It pretty much depends on you
