Hi and welcome! I'm new myself and feel the same way.
I think we have to be members for like two weeks and have a certain amount of posts before we can have a ticker.
I'm not doing weight watchers, but have heard great things about it. I've been using My Fitness Pal app to keep track of calories with my phone. Also, cut out soda, sugar (mostly), refined carbs, and generally watching portions. I find that allowing myself things within reason is the best way for me.
Congrats on taking this step. The first one is the hardest. I've lost my weight in the past, then regained with pregnancies etc. Getting the ball rolling is hard... but keeping it rolling gets easier.
