Default New 'do and almost 180s

I planned to get a new hairstyle when I hit Onederland. But two friends and I decided to have a Girls Night Out at the salon, so I didn't get my new 'do until tonight. Totally LOVING my new hair!

And when I saw the photo the stylist took, I thought she must have just got a great angle for my face. However, we took several more photos during the evening and I realized that my face really does look like this. I think the last ten pounds I've lost have all come off my face.

Here's a side-by-side comparison. On the left is from tonight, weight 190. On the right is from March 30 at 201 pounds.

Mind blown.

Thank you so much everyone!

I received so many comments and compliments this weekend it was kinna ridiculous. The best? A woman at work, who is in another department so I don't see her often, totally didn't recognize me! She asked me if I'd just started working there and I thought she was joking or something. But then she was all like, "Oh my God! Wow!" 35 pounds and new hair does amazing things to people's perceptions of you!

Thanks Thedollylala. I'm a natural redhead, but as I've gotten older it looks more like a dark ashy blonde than red except in certain lighting. (The "before" pic is my hair uncolored.) So, I can color with just about any shade of red and make it work.
