Awesome!! How'd you do them?? I'm afraid to find mine as I know it's going to hurt. Right now they have plenty of padding.

Happy Birthday!!

WTG!!! I've been doing a little ab work and if I poke my finger into the squishy coating can start to feel them firming up...but still quite a ways to go till I can actually see them ;P LOL
Did you use any specific program?

No special thing just lost the weight and did ab work over the last few years off and on. Now I have the weight off do weights and run I have really leaned out. As you know until the layer of fat over the top is gone they won't show. I do have a little bit of wrinkly skin on the top area from skin that won't go back but the rest rockin hard!!!

Congrats on the fab abs. Count me as another older woman (56) who loves her abs and is irrationally proud of them. Even when I was at my heaviest (210 lbs), my stomach didn't look awful, and now it's perfectly flat with a well-defined indentation at the waist. It hasn't changed much since my teen years (despite two full-term pregnancies) -- just the tiniest bit of skin loosening, which is hardly visible.

My breasts have also held up (pun intended) to the ravages of time. I'm less happy about the varicose veins on my legs, but all in all I can't complain.
