Bring on the burgers!!!! It's perfectly acceptable (and virtually carb free) to get a burger without the bun and ketsup - how do you spell that? - and eat that.
My personal favorite - take some low carb bbq sauce with me and get a bacon double cheeseburger. I put some of that bbq on it and YUM!!!!
I spend a good deal of time researching the nutritional values on fast food menus so I can order with confidence. Knowing what your getting instead of guessing it is key!
