Dance - maybe this off week will help your metabolism rev up for a whoosh. That happened to me when I lost the weight the first time.
p.s. - I am down in my original jeans before I gained this 20 pounds. The scale said 185 today (my scale) so I am up again but I am wondering if it is muscle. I did before and after pics and there is a MAJOR difference so I have now decided I am not longer going to be a prisoner to the scale. :-D My clothes and the pictures show it and that is all that matters.
