Let's rock this! And a guy won it last time. 3FC is gender-balanced!

5 lbs down together.

I am in! 174.9 as of this morning! Goal weight for June 1st is actually 169.9 so this is perfection!!! i am not on atkins though...lol hope that's cool!

No Atkins is cool. I'm not on that either.

I'm on salad and beer diet with no dinner.

Ugh...totally jealous. I live in a half-prohibition community where we can only fly in beer. I ordered beer for my boyfriend's birthday in October and it cost us $120 for 24 cans of Coors Light. lol have a cold one for us!

Well I am gonna set my weight today since I am up from that Dag gum chocolate cake (OH YUM tho) from Publix (our Grocery store) yesterday...

Hi everyone!

I'm doing keto, which is sorta like Atkins induction, so I hope nobody minds me joining this challenge.

My start weight yesterday was 309.2. I didn't weigh today because I had a very early morning procedure (lumbar steroid), so my morning routine was all off. Seems fair, still, since the thread went up yesterday.

So:

Start weight: 309.2
Goal weight: 304.2
