Default Vermicelli made out of peas and green beans!

I bought some of this as Costco...they are the kind that are see through once cooked (glass noodles) but made only out of peas, green beans, and water...has anybody cooked with them? Any nice side noodle dish recipes out there for these?

I hope we have these at Costco in Canada. If not I'll have to look up the nearest US one.

Can you give more detail because this does not sound like something usual? We are all familiar with shiritaki noodles which come from konnyaku (spelling!)
and the regular "glass noodles" are made from green mung bean starch.

it's called vermicelli, but the ingredients are peas, green beans, and water. That's it! They become transparent with cooking exactly like the glass noodles...I just put a little butter, organic no salt seasoning, and Sriracha on them and they were SO GOOD!!! I'm happy with them because I love pasta but don't eat it because it isn't great for me. These are awesome! Here is a link to the ones I have:

I haven't cooked with these, but thank you very much for sharing. I've tried the shiritaki noodles and above and beyond the odd texture they didn't "settle" well with me. (Trying not to give TMI ) I'd be really interested in hearing how these work out and if you like them.

Addition: I'm doing a little research on my own and I just realized that I have eaten these before in Thai dishes that were wonderful. I've had them both in warm dishes with meat and vegetables or cold thai salad dishes. They seem a logical swap in any dish that has mei fun (vermicelli style rice noodles).

I love them! I have all kinds of ideas for them I had a coupon for a free bag of the shiritaki noodles and i absolutely hated them, they were so gross!! And I would eat noodles every day if I could, I love them that much. First noodle I met that I didn't like.

you know, I'm not sure about that. I tend to follow south beach diet guidelines, and for this reason they are better for me. I really love how they taste with coconut oil and some Sriracha...the ingredients are simple, too.

Just to be clear - these are not made from green beans as in "green bean casserole" - these are made from dried green mung beans - specifically the starch. The calorie counts on line are all over the place, but they are not a freebie food for sure
