Default Working out and not losing

I went to my center yesterday and they told me I may not be losing weight because I have started running after not being able to do so since December because of a knee injury. They said I may be in starvation mode but offered no tips, didn't tell me to take more HNS or change my menu.

I have been stuck at the same weight since last Friday. Needless to say I am frustrated....

Any tips?

Hey, Duck fan! do you go to the Eugene center?

Anyway I would make sure you are getting in lots of water, and have the maximum HNS you can for a few days and see if that budges the old scale. I have seen other people post that they had to add a HNS after they started working out. I know on the plan I am on it requires a minimum of 2 a day, I always have 3 and sometimes 4 on extra active and/or extra hungry days. I can have up to five, and if I really starting exercising I think I would try that.

Hope that helps, bug them again for suggestions.

Thanks for the input, I graduated from UofO hence all of the Duck stuff but I don't live in Eugene anymore.

I am already up to 5 HNS a day. I have been stuck at the same weight for a week. I will just stick to my plan.

Ask maybe if you could try a different plan, it is called the yellow blue menu and it gives your metabolism a jump start. They might not have thought it was the right plan for you if you mentioned you weren't losing and they didn't suggest it but doesn't hurt to ask. I was having a plateau one time and then after I did that I lost like 5 lbs in a week and that helped get back to losing regularly.

Slick - I am in awe of your dedication to run even after your knee injury. I used to do sports, and enjoyed them but always ALWAYS hated running. Walking that I do But am probably going to have to up my walking to a power walk in a month or so. Right now I am baby-ing my ankle as my clutzy self I have sprained it
