Default In just two months...

I've lost 34 pounds. And I'm still going strong.

I've set a mini goal to lose 6 more pounds before my birthday which is just 3 weeks away. Totally doable!

I use Spark People to track my calories. I told it what I wanted my ultimate goal to be and it told me how many calories I need to eat each day. It gives you a range, too, so you have a buffer. Plus, I go to the gym a minimum of 3x week and kick my own butt!

I learned, early on, a big key in controlling hunger is to drink LOTS of water.

To curb my sweet tooth, I eat Low-Cal fruit (strawberries and pineapple are GREAT).

And I live on a budget, so I can't go crazy with all the organic/raw foods etc. I buy bulk chicken, trim it myself. I learned sourdough bread is lowest in calories (the one I get is, at least). And I have a protein shake in the morning to start my day.
