Could have had a wardrobe malfunction, have you?
I still managed to get my walk in last night even though I was on a "no exercise strike" and having myself a little pity party. But then the guilt set in and I had to do something!
I wore my favorite workout pants (they are so my favorites that I have patches in the inner thighs where I burned them out over the years). They are a 1x and when I fit into them again this time around, I felt sexy in running pants!
But last night, something really wrong with them. Like, too big wrong. But I love the length on them and like I said, they are my favorite pants. But it wouldn't be pretty if they fell down while I was walking. I noticed them being looser lately but not this loose.
I tried a safety pin to pull them tight up around the waist but it just wasn't secure enough with the material the pants are made of. Looked around, looked around, what could I use? Then it dawned on me, a binder clip!! One of the big chunky ones!!! And guess what, it worked!! I gathered the fabric up and made it a little thick by folding it over a couple of times and then clipped it on!
I grinned during my whole walk. And thanked my lucky stars when I got home that there wasn't some type of medical emergency that the EMTs had to respond to and find my binder clipped patched pants!
It made my whole night. And I might do it again this week. It's like having a fun little secret while I look "normal" walking around my neighborhood. I just hope the next one is as successful without revealing my secrets!

I wore cropped yoga pants this morning (size XS!), and when I went to hang up a bunch of clothes into my daughter's closet with my arms full, my pants fell off

I was going to wear some old yoga pants that I haven't worn in a long time yesterday......too big ! Tried another pair....too big ! They are now in my Goodwill giveaway bag. I only had two pair but that is OK. They are too big. I like that in pants.

I gained some weight last week on my last business trip. Quite a bit of weight. And quite a bit of bloat. So yesterday, when I was going out and about, I put on a pair of size 20 jeggings I have that have a stretchy waist band and headed on out the door. When I got to my first destination and got out of the car, the jeggings slipped down over my hips. I managed to catch them before they got any further. I had to keep grabbing them while running my errands to keep them from falling off.
That made me feel good and reminded me that I'm really not a size 20 any more even if I'm bloated.

Lol, can't believe I'm going to confess this, but my workout pants have a small hole on the booty, so I just always wear black underwear!! Hahaha, I really really need to invest in some new ones. Might have to stop by old navy soon.
ElvisLover you are so awesome, and always crack me up. Maybe you need to be on the lookout for some new clothes that make you feel awesome! You definitely deserve it from what you have accomplished.

Oh my goodness, I can only imagine the baffled expressions of EMTs @ the binder clip holding up your pants, lol. I think it may be time for some new pants

My pants fell down on my patio yesterday while I was trying to get 50 pounds of groceries up my stairs. This is not the first time this has happened. They're 28's. Today I'm wearing a pair of 26's that are so tight I'm afraid I'm going to burst the seams. Clearly I'm a 27

I have this pair of yoga pants that I might have to try this on now! They were kind of tight when I bought them but they are to the point where when I first put them on they will be fine but once I get active, I'm constantly fixing them and I can't concentrate on working out when I do that! Thanks for the idea. Hopefully it will work.

I was asked if I was wearing a diaper because my jogging bottoms are too loose on my ***. I'm also currently going through "mowgli" pants syndrome since all my underwear are HUGE on me. I can use paper clips to hold them in place... what do you think?

Last summer; I was washing windows at the summer place; my jeans fell off...I gave a nice juicy show for the boaters going by. Now unfortunately those jeans I can barely zip them up

I did this last week; I keep forgetting that if I'm not wearing control garments, I only have about two pairs of panties I can wear under a dress. I ended up having to take my underwear off completely in my car before going into the hairdressers so that I didn't lose it on main street!

I have my only pair of sweatpants that are WAY too loose on me....like how you have to roll the waistband down and bunch it up at the waist because they are ridiculously big...the sweatpants were big before I started to try and lose weight, intentionally big, and I've just kept wearing them and now they are WAY too big...and now I have to think if I wear them, if i'm going to be doing much activity because I've learned the hard way that they will fall down if i'm moving around too much in them....like I can sit at home in them, or even a trip to the corner store....but not out running around or bending over n stuff, they'll fall right down

These replies are making my whole day!!!
And thank you for posting your stories. I was embarrassed to tell you all at first but then I figured you might still love me anyways (along with my big ol' pants!).
I do have new clothes that fit, I just love my old ones so much!! They are comfy and broken in.
