Default Fat Flush Drink

Has anybody tried this???

Fat Flush Water
Ingredients (per 1 pitcher):
Water
1 slice grapefruit
1 tangerine
½ cucumber, sliced
2 peppermint leaves
Ice

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a large pitcher.

I have to admit, I'm curious to try it, but the flavor combo has me leery as I don't eat much grapefruit and am not a big fan of mint flavored beverages.

Not sure if this will help but I've done a variation of this:

Water
Thinly Sliced Lemons (like razor thin)
1/2 cucumber thinly sliced (wash but don't peel it)
bunch of fresh mint leaves
5 thin slices of peeled fresh ginger

Combine in a pitcher and chill.

This was supposed to melt ab fat. Not sure if it actually did but I did find it very refreshing and I drank much more water this way which is always a good thing. It was different tasting at first but I grew to like it very quickly.

To me even though it had mint in it, I thought the strongest flavor was actually the cucumber.

Congratulations on your success so far - you are doing great!

That sounds more like a flavor combination I would like...although I'm not sure on the ginger. I've been wanting to try the fruit infused water and just never got around to it. Although I don't like eating cucumbers on their own, I find the flavor in drinks to be very refreshing. I may try this once I get out of Phase I (yep, I went back...again, LOL).

Thank you!!! I really thought by now I'd be at goal, but I've learned to accept that things don't always progress as quickly as we'd like. I'd rather go slow and keep it off, I know, but sometimes I'm not very patient.

I've been seeing this around a lot as well this week. I'm not sure how well it works flushing fat, but it certainly doesn't seem like it would hurt at all! Also, sometimes the placebo effect helps more than we realize.
