Default Suggestions for vegetables to grill??

Hi everyone yesterday i purchased a new George Foreman Grill with Griddle thing lol. I badly needed an upgrade from my old one.

The only vegetables i've been grilling are bell peppers, onions and mushrooms. Anyone know of any other vegetables that are good for grilling? I feel like i'm missing out on some other tasty greens.

all of them! You can slice up almost anything and grill it. I especially like eggplant and zucchini grilled.

Squash of all kinds (even zucchini), peppers, corn (in the husk), sweet potatoes. I used to do kabobs of veggies--potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, onion, mushrooms--anything that was on hand really. Once I followed a recipe for grilling a head of Romaine lettuce. I wasn't too thrilled with that one!

Oh, I just thought about Brussels sprouts. Yum!
