Must go to the gym...... I was doing so well for so long, and then let it go. It is so hard to get back into good habits, but so easy to go with the bad habits.
I shouldn't wait, but I'm targeting Monday as the day I start back up at the gym, and no stopping for two weeks. I figure that I will be back in the swing of things within that time. I hope.
