Well I've actually gotten there twice now but keep bouncing back up to 220.. kinda irritating... Its all on my daily weigh log down, be-low. I may increase my calorie intake to see if that pushes me permanently into the 2-teens. I am not sure yet. But It's getting closer and closer to that time where I need to get a gym membership.
