I have medication induced binge eating disorder. Before this medication my psyche put me on called Topamax I LITERALLY could not go more than 2 days (hardest 2 days) without binging. Now it has been 2 weeks! I am so happy! And it was just the meds. I also binged out of boredom and depression (I am a high schooler who is on independant study)-thought alone it's not severe enough to be called a disorder. I am so proud of myself for finding other things to do other than eat when I am bored or depressed. I have resisted the temptation! I can't call myself cured till I am able to maintain my GOAL weight. But this is still a HUGE step!

Good job! I know how hard it is not to binge. It's exciting even when you go more then 3 days without binging! I've almost completed a week without binging and I'm so excited Keep up the good work girl!
