Great question---and I am the same. Just last week, after dinner, I ate an entire pint of Ben & Jerry's Peach Cobbler ice cream. I felt comfortably full and perfectly satisfied at that point.
If I had eaten just one or even two servings, I would not have been satisfied. I actually like
the feeling of fullness---not "I'm-about-to-puke-and-cannot-button-my pants" fullness, but the type of fullness where I can feel that I've eaten a really good portion.
