Quick ~ help! I need some tried & true delicious WW dessert ideas. Something easy, yet elegant, because I'm the dessert person for a potluck this weekend. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I can't take credit for any of these ... I found them at www.allrecipes.com
They have recipes for everything under the sun! I don't know the WW point equivelant for any of them  , but they are all low-fat/low calorie . Just put "low fat" in the search engine on their site. These all came with the nutritional info. ready. I just copied and pasted them as on the site.

" Berries in a light custard sauce. Unbelievably easy to make, with an incredibly decadent taste. Despite that, this recipe is ultra low fat. Can also be made with peaches, or a combination of peaches and raspberries. "
Ingredients
1 cup baking mix
1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
1/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 1/2 cups raspberries
1 cup fresh blackberries
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
2 egg whites
1/2 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
1 Combine baking mix, 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar, milk, and lemon rind. Press with floured fingers into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle berries onto crust.
2 Combine sour cream, egg whites, 1/2 cup white sugar, flour, spices, and vanilla extract. Pour over fruit. Cover edges of crust with foil.
3 Bake at 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) for 10 minutes. Turn heat down to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and bake for 30 minutes, or until center is set.

" These cruncy dainties are great with coffee or with cream for dessert. And they're low fat! Substitute 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules or 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa for the vanilla if you like. Coffee kisses are great sandwiched together with melted white or dark chocolate. Spooned vanilla ones are good with cream and chocolate ones are good as finger biscuits with coffee. "
Ingredients
2 egg whites
1/2 cup superfine sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
1 Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2 In large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Gradually beat in sugar until a little of the mixture between your thumb and forefinger feels smooth, not gritty. Stir in vanilla. Pipe or spoon small portions onto baking tray and bake 35 minutes, or until dry but not brown. Turn off oven and leave meringues to cool inside.
