. I love the Fiber Gourmet pasta (tastes just like regular pasta, I swear - even my husband doesn't know the difference), and their crackers are good too. A little under-salted for my taste, but I'll exchange the salt for a low calorie cracker! I've never tried the thinables, just the original and everything "half calorie cracker" varieties.
