Oh ....I love looking on the Sunnyside of Life

Congrats everyone! it 's the little things that can add so much unexpected joy

Well .....I am half the woman I use to be....lAnd let me say I am THRILLED

I feel like the Real Me was released from a long imprisonment.

I have returned to being my former skinny self..... And it is a much better fit.

I will never look like I did in the past...that ship has sailed...but it feels good being out of my Fat suit

I have many positives:
  • My teenagers (3) are really proud of me
  • Loose pants (which I love, hate tight pants) but butt is saggy
  • I like me more
  • In yoga I can do so much more without my tummy or chest getting in the way

I feel privileged to be able to read others stories and how they tackle issues in their life.

Default back in the office

Today, I was back in the office (for one day only) since March Break. I have been on the road alot for work and the next two months are the busiest time of the year for me.

Well, 6 people stopped me to say how great I looked and how small I was getting.
I have gone from a 2X to a szie 14 ( size 14 is getting big)

One person came into my office and said rather loudly that my tush looked so tiny. Well I'll be damned. I have NEVER, and I mean NEVER had a small tush. Now that made my day, especially since I have not lost a pound in two weeks even though I am staying OP.

I have had huge cravings for some reason ( think the hormones are out of whack with all this weight loss) even though I am OP.

Let me tell you, this is exactly what I needed to keep me OP.

I feel good, dah, dah, dah, dah dah and I knew that I would... Yes.

Have a great weekend everyone.

I love the fact that one of my animals helps brightens someone's day...or maybe gives that person a chance to reach out to some other living thing.

Even though I work in Healthcare and have direct impact with patients...,I like this aspect of volunteering time to reach out to people in a simple way...that can add something different into their lives .
I have seen people who did not really interact with others in the Nursing home and see my Airedale and recall that they had one years ago. Sometimes simple things can add so much.

So that is my positive thing ....sharing my love of animals with others ..that are in need of some puppy love.

That is great Roo2! I am a dog person as well (breed, train, and show Australian Cattle Dogs). I am a prosecutor by trade and have used a couple of dogs with victims of domestic or sexual violence in the office in the past. It is very gratifying to see the bond of human and animal at work.

OMG!!! LOL. I am giggling out loud, all by myself in the house, thinking about all you gals with your clothes falling off. That is PERFECT!!! Mine will never do that because my hips are big and my pants will never get any smaller than they are now. Maybe I will just losen the ties in my scrub pants and walk around so I get the falling off feeling too!
Thanks for the giggles. I really needed it today!
