Default Hello! Newbie here!
I have been reading and hearing good things about the Beck Diet Solution so I went and picked up the book last night! Today starts day 1 of week 1. I am praying this is the thing that helps me lose the weight. From what I have read so far, it seems to be something that works!
Excited to meet you ladies and get more involved!
