Re stats in profile, I don't put mine in as I have been steadily (with the occasional regain) marching happily along with my weight loss for a very long time, long before I was ever on 3FC. I have told my story many times here & on other blog sites. My high weight has not been relevant in my life for years, so I like using tickers to tick off the only weight change I am working on at the moment.
I think using stats is totally an individual thing. That is why I like this thread as individual testimonies on the topic have been enlightening.
We are all individuals & follow the paths that work best for us.
