I am in the same boat as you! I`m 5'6'' and my weight fluctuates between 150-160lb depending on the season. This year I am determined to lose weight. I started the New Year at 156lbs and right now I`m 150 but my goal is 135 so I have 15lb to lose!!!! I am new here too and need some motivation and advice! I have been going to the gym 4x/week but it seems like I have been around 150 for forever

I'm new here to 3FC and need some help and encouragement for losing a few pounds and getting toned. My whole entire life I've been battling with my weight. I weigh 157 and I'm 5 feet 7 inches.
