Default Re-introducing myself

Hi everyone!
This is my 2nd introduction here at this forum.
The first time - armed with dreams and hopes of being thin- I did well for the 5 months that I followed a healthy diet and exercise program. ( Lost approx 60 lbs) but gained almost all back! BUT!! here I am! Picked myself up and will try again.
Looking for a weight loss partner as well and many many friends!
*need to edit those trackers

Yes! YOU ARE WORTH IT! (great name!)

Wishing you success!
What diet did you use to lose the 60lbs and are doing the same plan again?

Hi Veggie.
I would describe it as modified South Beach diet. For the most part, I followed the no carbs and sugar part. The first week was a struggle because I love my rice. After getting used to it, cravings really went away.

Go you! I too have "fallen off the wagon" as it were and now I'm getting back on too. It's great that we're not giving up! Is the South Beach Diet the one that's all meat? Or is that the Atkins Diet?

Hi Jess. SB diet is mostly meats and protein sources with lots and lots of veggies.
The carbs and fruits follow after a while.
Paired the diet with at least 30 min cardio everyday - it worked!
