Default Happy Anniversary to me :)
One year ago today I decided to do something different. After years of roller coaster dieting and hating myself I had enough. A friend recommended SB and I thought change is good. Well this change has been great! Maintaining 25 pounds lost and enjoying how good it feels. My energy level is what impresses me most. Even when I wander from the beach into "rough waters" I come right back Previously one slip up and I would give up. Now I have learned one day or even one week does not undermine my success. Thank you to all the 3FC chicks who give me strength, motivation, personal experience, recipes and above all friendship. If it was not for this wonderful group I do not believe I would be where I am today, so I sincerely thank you.

Congratulations on your anniversary! It helps so much to read about others successes, and I agree with you whole heartedly that coming to 3FC every day (or almost every day) is what helps keep me on track. I've been so impressed by it that I even told my doctor about it! She finally wrote it down to tell other patients who struggle with weight loss and moving to a healthier life style.

That is such an accomplishment! I am impressed. I have been trying to "lose 25 pounds" for I don't know, 4 years now... with similar stats to yours if the height is adjusted. I am encouraged by your success. Onward!!
