Talking Wooo hoooo! Another point for Atkins

Hi Everyone -

I just read a great article on CNN about the most recent study on Atkins and how it's changing some pretty huge beliefs about caloric intake.

http://www.cnn.com/2003/HEALTH/diet.....ap/index.html

Happy Reading!

There's an article in the local paper here about that. Maybe now people will know the truth instead of all these lies that are making us fatter & fatter !!

Thanks for the link, StarPrincess!! There needs to be more articles like this -- Atkins really does work! Most people just don't think there is anyway it could work. Some of them actually make me feel bad about what I'm eating and say there is no way I could lose weight eating like that. Well, surprise!! I lost 8.5 pounds this week and plan on losing more. So, there! There are just so many misconceptions about Atkins. I'm glad I got through them and tried it. It's definitely the best thing for me, and I think it would be for a lot of people if they'd give it a try.

Take care,
Jina

Thanks for spreading the word, just like DrAtkins asked us to do in his book!
