How is "not dieting" a product of fat acceptance or HAES? Many people never diet and never binge eat and never have weight problems.
The point of this thread is not to push one way of eating over another - I understand that many people's "natural" hunger patterns and disordered behavior history means they cannot feel hunger and fullness the way some can.
There are a lot of people who, prior to trying to diet, never binge ate - and only did so as a reactionary behavior after varying length periods of obsessive restriction and over-exercising.
