My name is Tamara, I'm 32 years old, and I've been overweight for all of my adult life, but it never really bothered me all that much. But last year I was diagnosed with stage 2 hypertension. I knew I had to do something about my weight and activity level. So I joined weight watchers in February 2012. Since then I've lost 65 lbs. I'm down to the last few lbs. I want to lose, and it's a bit hard to stay focused. I'm hoping I'll be able to find the extra support I need here to finally get to my goal and maintain it. Seems like a good place so far.
