Okay... Here we go..Time for a new challenge,. FIREGIRL won the last one. OHHHHHH I wonder who is going to win this one and how fast?!

CW 4/7 276 (30 lbs off now and finally my body gave up the water)
GW 272.5

Time to make another dent in our goals and to weigh that much less really soon!!

Kicking BUTT Kayin! You go girl!! and (thank you) This is my 1 week of the month that I lose 3+ lbs.... Gonna take advantage of this time! (otherwise its 1/2- 1 1/2 a week)

Ugh... up 3 pounds today due to a "carbup" of 200g carbs that I did hoping to recover from a hard workout. Won't be doing that again for sure, but I went to my local nutrition centre and got some recovery protein and amino acid stuff so I'm hoping that will help me recover after hard workouts.

Although I must say, the carbup did help me to workout 1 1/2 hours longer than usual today. (5 hours so far of flat and some hill walking) After that workout, I am BACK INTO KETOSIS thankfully, but I have to wait for tomorrow to see where my weight falls (still 3 pounds up!)

Argh I feel so embarrassed.. Had a terrible past 2 weeks, really wasn't doing things properly! But anyway, as of yesterday I am back in the game and staying on plan!

Well done to everyone on their progress thus far. Lets DO THIS!!

So, lost 1.5 pounds of that water weight from the carbs, now 217.6, goal 212.2
