Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Lack of motivation, when I feel like it's not worth it to get to a healthier weight and I won't be able to do it anyway. Also eating when I'm bored or upset

Following any specific plan: Mostly just eating less

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: After losing ten pounds when I was sick (then I gained them back), I realised that I was actually capable of losing and getting closer to an ideal weight, and I think I'm more motivated now
